Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Protein Shake Recipe! YUM!

1/2 Banana
4 oz Skim Milk
1 Scoop Protein powder (chocolate)
2 tbs PB2 (Powdered peanut butter powder)

Blend and enjoy :)

I use PB2 because it has significantly fewer calories, no sugar, and way less fat than regular peanut butter and I don't want to get dumping syndrome after the surgery. It blends better too. You can use regular peanut butter though if you are able to.
