2 shake recipes. These are the best so far!

Peach Pear Smoothie Shake

2 oz canned Peaches (canned in juice or water, no syrup)
2oz canned Pears (same, no syrup)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 oz peach or vanilla sugar-free fat-free yogurt
spash of 1% milk to wet it.

Puree peaches and pears with milk, add in protein powder and yogurt, blend well.





Chocolate Coffee shake

4 oz 1%milk
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tsp. instant decaf coffee granules.

Blend well, enjoy!
